What do I wear to the training session?

Please wear appropriate clothing. Something similar to what you would typically wear to any clinical training and enclosed shoes.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

No. Just yourself :)

Do I need to organize insurance coverage prior to my practical days?

As a student attending our training courses, you will be covered under our training insurance.
Once you have completed your session you will need to make sure you have the appropriate level of cover to perform cosmetic injectable treatments.
You can discuss your options with our Sales team during your discovery call.

Are models provided or do I need to source my own?

Students attending the Fresh Clinics Bootcamp and Mentoring Day are required to assist as much as possible with the sourcing of models.

Students participating in any other training package not outlined above are required to source 100% of the models needed for the session.

What happens if I can't find any models or if patients cancel?

We understand that things may happen and models may need to cancel their appointment. Our training team will work closely with you to monitor your patients booking for your session all the way up to your training date.
In the instance where you were not able to treat enough patients to complete your certification, our training department will organize a make-up session at a later date.

Is the product included?

Product and equipment are always included with your training and we have a treatment fee of $150 per area.
Nurses attending upskilling sessions have the option of providing their own product and charging the patient their treatment rates if they wish.

How do I know if I passed my assessment? Will I receive a certificate?

Your trainer will advise you at the end of your assessment if you have been successful or not.
We will email your certificate within 72 business hours of the completion of the training.
If you are registering with Fresh Clinics for the first time, our onboarding team will also reach out to you to discuss the next steps in your sign-up process.

Can I substitute cheek/lip filler treatments for any other filler procedure during my Bootcamp/ Mentoring Day?

The short answer is no. These courses are designed for beginner injectors to safely perform and treat areas of the face that are deemed low-risk.
Once you have completed your course, you will have the opportunity to work with your Fresh Account Manager and build a training pathway to make sure you learn other treatments as you become a more confident injector.

Are times strict as shown? Are they flexible, how do I know how many models I need?

Appointment times run strictly as scheduled. If one of your models has any special requests, (eg. back-to-back appointments for 2 different procedures) please let our training department know and we will try to accommodate your request to the best of our abilities without compromising the structure of the session.
