Fresh Clinics Training Cancellation and Refund Policy


These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the cancellation and refund policy for training programs provided by Fresh Clinics ("Provider"). By enrolling in any training program offered by the Provider, you ("Participant") agree to comply with these T&C.


Cancellation by Participant:

1.1. If the Participant wishes to cancel their enrollment in a training program, written notice must be provided to the Provider via email.

1.2. The following cancellation fees will apply based on the notice period before the scheduled training program:

  • More than 21 days before the scheduled practice date:
    50% refund or free of charge change of date.
  • Less than 21 days before the scheduled start date: The Participant will not be eligible for a refund. The full training fees will be retained by the Provider.

1.3. If the Participant fails to attend the training program without providing prior notice, the full training fees will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.


Cancellation by Provider:

2.1. The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training program due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trainer unavailability or force majeure events.

2.2. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by the Provider, the Participant will be notified as soon as possible. The Participant will have the option to transfer their enrollment to a future training program or receive a full refund of the training fees paid.

2.3. The Provider will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the Participant, such as travel or accommodation costs, due to a cancellation or rescheduling by the Provider.


Intellectual Property:

3.1. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that all training materials, course content, and intellectual property provided during the training program are the exclusive property of the Provider. The Participant shall not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the training materials without obtaining the prior written consent of the Provider.


Modifications:

4.1. The Provider reserves the right to modify or amend these T&C at any time. The updated version of the T&C will be effective from the date of publication on the Provider's website.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

5.1. These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ACCC. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of ACCC.



By enrolling in a training program provided by the Provider, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
